An annual non-refundable family registration fee of $75 is due at the time of registration in order to hold Student’s place in classes for the 2023-2024 Dance Year. Please return Registration Form above, along with your annual registration fee, to:

TUITION

Tuition for our 2023-24 Dance Season is calculated on a yearly basis. The Spring Semester includes additional rehearsals and classes to prepare for our performance. The yearly tuition costs include the costs of any additional classes and rehearsals. Tuition Payments may be made in 10 equal payments (August through May), in two semester payments (Fall and Spring), or in one yearly payment. If you wish your payments to be made in a different manner, please let the director or office manager know, and we are happy to work with you. Payments made monthly are due on the first class of each month. Semester Payments are due at the beginning of each semester, and yearly payments are due at the beginning of the Dance Year. Recital Fees and Costume Payments may also be broken up into separate payments if desired. Payments may be paid by check, in cash, or through our Bluebirds Ballet Academy Venmo Account. PLEASE NOTE THAT VENMO PAYMENTS WILL INCLUDE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE.

RECITAL FEE

An annual non-refundable Recital Fee of $150 per Student is due in full by September 30, 2023. This fee pays for our deposit at the theater to reserve our dates for our Spring Performance. It is paid to the theater in the fall and is therefore non-refundable.

COSTUME FEE

The Costume Fee of $100 per costume is due in full by December 31, 2023. We cannot order dance costumes for your Student until your Costume Fee is paid in full. Delay in ordering costumes may prevent your Student from being able to participate in photographs, rehearsals and performance. Costume Fees are paid directly to the costume companies upon purchase and are non-refundable after December 31, 2023.

Tuition and Other Payments and Written Forms/Communication

Those students/families choosing to pay on a monthly basis will be issued a Yellow Tuition Envelope at the beginning of the dance year. It will be distributed to Students at the end of the first class of each month. Please place tuition payments inside the Yellow Tuition Envelope or check the VENMO option on your envelope, and either leave it in the Tuition Envelope Box located next to the back entry of the studio door in Studio A, or at the desk in Studio B. Please hand all cash payments to Colleen Romero, our Administrative Assistant, so that she can issue a receipt to you. Checks may be made to Bluebirds Ballet Academy. Any written communication or check payments can be left in the Tuition Envelope Boxes.. ​​
