​​​ REGISTRATION FEE: 

An annual non-refundable family registration fee is due at the time of registration to hold your dancer’s place in class. Early registration on or before July 31st is $75 per family. Registration is $100 per family beginning on August 1st. Registration forms and instructions are FOUND HERE. 

TUITION:

Tuition for our 2026-27 Dance Season is calculated on a yearly basis. The Spring Semester includes additional rehearsals and classes to prepare for our Spring Performance. The yearly tuition costs include the costs of additional classes and rehearsals necessary for a successful Spring Performance. Tuition Payments may be made in 10 equal payments (August through May), in two semester payments (Fall and Spring), or in one yearly payment. If you wish your payments to be made in a different manner, please let the Studio Director know, and we are happy to work with you. Payments made monthly are due by the end of each month. Semester Payments are due at the beginning of each semester, and yearly payments are due at the beginning of the Dance Year. Recital Fees and Costume Payments may also be broken up into separate payments if desired. Payments may be made by check, in cash, or through our Bluebirds Ballet Academy Venmo Account. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT VENMO PAYMENTS WILL INCLUDE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE.

​ WINTER PERFORMANCE FEES AND COSTUME RENTALS FOR BLUEBIRDS BALLET COMPANY:

A non-refundable Winter Performance Fee of $100 per Company Member is due in full by September 30, 2026. This fee pays for our deposit at the theater to reserve our dates for our Winter Performance. It is paid directly to the theater and is therefore non-refundable.

A costume rental fee of $25 per costume for company members participating in our Winter Performance, Ballet de Nöel Acadie​, is due on October 31, 2026. This fee is to replace and purchase any needed costumes or accessories and for the care and storage of company costumes. 

Winter Performance Fees and Costume Rental Fees are for Apprentice, Junior and Senior 

COMPANY MEMBERS ONLY, not for Academy Students. 

SPRING PERFORMANCE FEE:

An annual non-refundable Spring Performance Fee of $150 per Student is due in full by February 28, 2027. This fee pays for our deposit at the theater to reserve our dates for our Spring Performance. It is paid directly to the theater and is therefore non-refundable. This fee is for ALL BLUEBIRDS BALLET ACADEMY AND COMPANY students participating in our Spring Performances.

SPRING PERFORMANCE COSTUME FEES:

A Costume Fee of $100 per costume for dancers in Preschool, Primary, and Levels I-IV, and $125 per costume for dancers in Levels V-VII, is due in full by November 30, 2027. We cannot order dance costumes for your Dancer until your Costume Fee is paid in full. Delay in ordering costumes may prevent your Dancer from being able to participate in photographs, rehearsals, and performance. Costume Fees are paid directly to the costume companies upon purchase and are non-refundable after November 30, 2027.

Dancers with more than two costumes may wish to divide their Costume Fees into smaller payments. Costume Fees may be divided in half, with the first half due by November 30, 2027. The second half of the Costume Fees must be paid in full by March 31, 2027.

Tuition and Other Payments and Written Forms/Communication

Tuition and Other Payments and Written Forms/Communication: All tuition payments (checks and cash) should be placed in the Blue Drop Boxes located in Studio A and B. If you are paying in cash, please use an envelope to label your payment with your dancer's name, the date of the payment, and the amount in the envelope. Envelopes are found in the box above the Blue Drop Boxes. Cash payments can also be made at the front desk of Studio B during the hours of 4:30-7, Monday-Thursday. If your monthly tuition payment has not been made by the third week of the month, your dancer will be issued an invoice reminder so that payment can be made by the end of the month. Checks may be made to Bluebirds Ballet Academy. Any written communication or other check payments can be left in the Blue Drop Boxes.

Family Tuition Discounts

Families with two or more students enrolled in our Preschool, Primary, and Level I-VII Dance classes receive a 10% tuition discount. This discount is applied to tuition payments only, not to company fees, performance fees or costume fees. Thank you for your support!​
