Our Advanced Primary Dance Classes are designed for dancers who have completed our Primary Dance Program and who are in Kindergarten. Our classes are limited to five children per instructor or assistant instructor, with a maximum of ten students.

Advanced Primary Dance (Kindergarten 2 Dance):

Ballet and Beginner Acrobatics/Tumbling skills Class for children in Kindergarten who HAVE had our Primary Dance class

(1.5 hour class, once week)
Registration: $75 per family
Tuition: 10 Payments of $100/2 Semester Payments of $500/1 Yearly Payment of $1000
Recital Fee: $150
Costume Fee: $200 (Dancers will have TWO dances in our Spring Performance)

Tuesday 4:30-6 pm

Advanced Primary Dance Classes emphasize joy in movement and creative learning through story and song, while at the same time continuing to educate your dancer in correct technique and dance terminology, and begin to prepare your dancer for traditional ballet classes. Classes for this age group begin with community dance activities, floor stretch and center barre work, and then move to center technique, traveling locomotor movements, and finish with songs or creative dance exercises. We also include instruction in beginning tumbling and acrobatic skills. Our instructors are patient, nurturing, and knowledgeable about early childhood dance and movement.
